Volt is a precise voltage source and offset generator that adds or subtracts voltages in 1V steps. This is done either manually via two buttons or via separate gate inputs for increasing or decreasing the outgoing voltage. This allows the module to be used as an octave switch.

The module has three inputs and three outputs that can be controlled simultaneously. Thus, up to three sequences can be octavated. When there is no connection at the inputs, the Volt functions as a simple but precise offset generator.
