Four voltage-controlled LFOs/VCOs with triangle and square-wave outputs in a single module.
Each unit has one controller and two CV inputs for frequency adjustment. The output waveforms are triangle and square. In addition, there is a reset/direction input for units 1-3; the fourth unit has two separate inputs. Direction specifies the direction in which the wave moves after the reset, either falling or rising. If no cable is plugged into the fourth direction socket, it reacts to the normalized reset.
The frequency range can be switched between low and high frequencies, so that frequencies up to 15kHz can also be reached. Thus, each unit can also be used as a VCO, even if the CV characteristic does not match exactly 1V/octave. The LFOs/VCOs are temperature compensated and run stable after a warm-up time of approx. 10 minutes, independent of the outside temperature.
There is also a common section for all four LFOs simultaneously: it has CV inputs and controls for simultaneous frequency control and square/triangle outputs with mixing of all LFOs. Two-colour LEDs indicate the respective phase of the triangle (orange = positive / red = negative).
A large number of rear jumpers set additional frequency ranges, activate/deactivate frequency control via the internal CV bus for each LFO and set the control range of the frequency potentiometers (1 or 5 octaves).HP : 22
